Wonderwerk Chismosa
vibrant, natural sparkling rosé/red blend (Pet-Nat), a collaboration between Los Angeles-based winery Wonderwerk and Andrea Jaramillo of "Mas Vino Please". Expressive notes of red berries (cranberry, strawberry), rose petals, and subtle herbal or geranium undertones.
It is a dry, tart wine with refreshing acidity and fine, persistent bubbles. Expect flavors of cranberry, plum, citrus rind, and pink lady apples, with a distinct mineral backbone.
Versatile and food friendly. Best served chilled.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
