Winemaker Notes: "Symbiose 2022 is a orange/rose banger that's a proper expression of the legendary Alsace winemaking region. The wines made from a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, and Auxerrios all from the same granite soil parcel making for a really unique vino. All grapes are harvested at once and spend 4 days on skins before pressing."
