Fenetre sur Lantigniehehe
Gamay from seventy year old vines planted over pink granite farmed by the Collonge family in the Beaujolais village of Lantignié. The grapes were fermented on the skins for almost a month, before being pressed over several days to old casks for a year of rest. About the Winemaker
Born and raised in the Jura, Olivier Boulin is a philosopher turned “neo-negoce”, making wine as Le Nez de Goth. We me Olivier at his parent’s house in Dole where he houses his old wooden press. His idea was always to “grow his garden at a friend’s house”, and he’s very lucky that for the most part his friends are esteemed winemakers all working naturally. His fruit is all organic or biodynamic, he works manually and diligently, cranking a basket press through the night outside of his parents' garage. The wines are fermented and aged in a 17th century cellar in Champvans before gravity bottling with zero additions. Olivier Loves to play with ideas regional typicity, while injecting the wines with his sharp wit and intellect
