2021 Benchlands
This wine packs some serious nostalgia on the nose. As a 90s kid in New Jersey, I was probably of the last generation to enjoy Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer widely distributed. Every Pizza shop, restaurant, bar had this beverage, and then one day it was gone. And today it popped back up trying this wine.

About the Winemaker
Martha Stoumen Wines is the eponymous label of winemaker Martha Stoumen, crafting natural wines in Healdsburg, California since 2014.
Martha trained in California and Italy before launching her own project focused on old-vine, sustainably-farmed fruit from across California. Her wines have gained a devoted following for their purity, vibrancy, and sense of place. She was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 and has become a leading voice in natural winemaking.
Farming & Cellar: Martha works exclusively with organic and dry-farmed vineyards, many with old vines. Wines are fermented with native yeasts, aged in neutral vessels, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!Â
