The 2021 Bluepit from País grapes was bottled later than initially planned, as Pedro Parra found the tannins required a longer élevage. Sourced from a special vineyard with granite soils in Yipas, it was fermented with whole clusters in concrete and aged in neutral 500-liter oak barrels for two winters. The wine presents strong notes of aromatic herbs and exotic spices, with a deeper color and a grittier texture than the Soulpit, evoking a soul vs blues dynamic. Over time, it becomes more aust
