Carbonic Syrah

Carbonic Syrah
Handcrafted locally and made from grapes farmed on their family vineyard, Rancho Boa Vista. The Syrah grapes are macerated with their stems, creating a surge of CO2. This process gives the wine it's carbonic fizz. The natural sediment and unfiltered process is all part of enhancing the purity and flavor of the grape.
