About the Winemaker
Vinca Minor is a Sonoma-based winery founded and run by winemaker Jason Charles, focusing on old-vine, coastal-influenced sites since 2013.
Jason came to wine through his travels as a photojournalist and time in the New York City restaurant industry before relocating to Northern California. Prior to launching his own project, he worked in Napa and spent time in Pomerol, gaining experience across all facets of the business from cellar work to vineyard management.
Farming & Cellar: Vinca Minor focuses on old Carignane field-blend plantings, Mendocino Coast Chardonnay, and old-California style Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are produced at modest alcohol levels, aged in neutral vessels, and made with minimal sulfur additions.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
