Drinking Wine
Winemaker Notes: Ryan O'Meara's blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and a few other friends - made for guzzling. Wine doesn't need to be serious to be delicious. Fruit is picked bright and early to retain natural acidity, fermented by native yeast on skins for an average of about three to four days. Pressed to a combination of old oak and stainless steel. It is blended together in the Spring before a small addition of SO2 prior to bottling unfined and unfiltered

About the Winemaker
Express Winemakers is a natural wine project based in Western Australia's Great Southern region, one of the country's most exciting cool-climate wine areas. The winery focuses on producing vibrant, site-expressive wines that showcase Australia's unique terroir.
Founded by Ryan O'Meara and Pete Ikstrums, Express Winemakers embraces the spirit of experimentation and collaboration that defines Australia's natural wine movement. Both winemakers bring extensive experience in the industry, channeling their passion into low-intervention wines that reflect the dynamism of Great Southern.
Farming & Cellar: Express sources fruit from carefully selected vineyards throughout the Great Southern, working with growers who share their commitment to sustainable viticulture. The cellar approach is minimal intervention—wild fermentation, no fining or filtering, and minimal sulfur additions. The goal is wines that express pure fruit character and sense of place.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
