About the Winemaker
Les Lunes Wine is the creation of Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig, crafting organically farmed, low-intervention wines in Richmond, California.
They lease and farm their own vineyards and built their own cellar to stay hands-on at every step. By focusing on proper pruning and thoughtful farming, they preserve indigenous microbes that create healthy, complex wines.
Farming & Cellar: Certified organic farming with minimal cellar intervention. Indigenous yeast fermentation, no fining, no filtration—wines that don't need adjusting or stabilizing.
