About the Winemaker
Sense Pressa is a natural wine project in the Corbières appellation of Languedoc, France, founded in 2020 by Marius Long. The name, meaning 'without hurry' in Occitan, reflects the patient, unhurried approach to winemaking that defines the estate.
Marius Long established Sense Pressa with a commitment to zero-zero winemaking—no additives of any kind, including sulfur. Working with old-vine Carignan, Grenache, and other traditional Languedoc varieties, Marius creates wines that capture the wild, garrigue-scented landscape of the Corbières.
Farming & Cellar: The vineyards are farmed organically with a focus on biodiversity and soil health. In the cellar, Marius practices true zero-zero winemaking: wild fermentation, no adjustments, no fining or filtration, and zero added sulfur. The result is pure, vibrant wines that express the Mediterranean terroir with striking clarity and energy.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.

At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
