Where Ya Pjs At?
Skin contact wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon. Pinot Gris is fermented on its skins for about 21 days, which gives the wine its color, tannins, and structure. The Riesling is typically direct-pressed and fermented in neutral oak barrels. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, often with only a small addition of sulfur at bottling.

About the Winemaker
Maloof Wines is a collaborative winemaking project founded in 2015 in Oregon, defined by a simple mission: grow grapes, grow old, and make white wine. The project is led by winemakers Bee Maloof, Ross Maloof, Michelle McCaw, and Perry Heistuman.
The Maloof team approaches winemaking with both intention and flexibility, focusing on single-site, single-variety expressions as their flagship line. Their wines are designed to capture the essence of Oregon's diverse terroirs through minimal intervention and patient cellar work.
Farming & Cellar: Maloof works with carefully selected vineyard sites across Oregon, emphasizing organic and sustainable farming practices. In the cellar, their approach is hands-off: native yeast fermentations, extended aging in neutral vessels, and bottling without fining or filtration. The result is wines that speak clearly of place and vintage.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!Â
