Aged for 6 months. All the grapes are hand-harvested and macerated together in open-top vat for a few days. Once pressed, the juice ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks where it remained until May 2022. The wine was bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with zero sulfur added.

About the Winemaker
Milan Nestarec is a boundary-pushing natural wine producer from Moravia in the Czech Republic. As Milan says: 'This is not a winery—I always correct people when they say that. Milan Nestarec is ideas that just happen to be represented through wine. I'm not selling wine. I'm serving a world view.'
Milan has become one of the most celebrated and provocative voices in the natural wine movement, known for wines with irreverent names and striking artwork that challenge conventions. His philosophy extends beyond the cellar to question what wine can mean and represent in contemporary culture.
Farming & Cellar: Working from vineyards in Moravia's rolling hills, Milan farms organically and practices biodynamic principles. In the cellar, the approach is radically non-interventionist: spontaneous fermentation, extended skin contact for whites, no fining or filtration, and minimal to no sulfur additions. The wines are wild, expressive, and uncompromising—a direct reflection of their maker's worldview.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
