Vic Vin is the personal label of former assistant winemaker Ashlyn Smith, of The Austin Winery. Blush is her second wine ever produced; a blend of Texas Aglianico and Albariño. Drinks like a rosé but built like a red. A bright, acidic, and juicy wine, best enjoyed with a slight chill. Pomegranate, fresh raspberries, and Hibiscus flower on the nose. The palate has mouthwatering acidity, salinity, and a nice, sharp finish.
