Non-alcoholic, slightly sparkling fermented tea produced by Unified Ferments. A distinct, unapologetically smoky profile, inspired by the pinewood-smoked Lapsang Souchong black tea from the Wuyi Mountain area of China.
dense, velvety texture with a prominent smoky flavor of conifer and peat, balanced by notes of sorghum and a round lactic finish. It is often described as an excellent non-alcoholic alternative for lovers of peaty Scotch whisky. Highly recommend serving as a whiskey alternative over soda and fresh citrus.
