Cambaro Rosé
This rosé is a blend of predominately Tempranillo and was picked early just for making rosé. The freshness and acidity really shine, with green strawberry and watermelon candy on the nose, followed by peach pit soda and grapefruit rind on the mouth. Crisp and dry, the finish has a touch of salinity to complement the acid driven palate. Fermented using native yeasts, eight months in neutral oak.

About the Winemaker
Tarpon Cellars was founded in 2017 by Jeremy Carter, creating single-vineyard, minimal-intervention wines in Napa Valley, California.
After internships and positions at luminaries like Luna, Chappellet, and Duckhorn, Jeremy set out to connect wine with younger drinkers through accessible, unique offerings. Featured in Forbes and VinePair 50, Tarpon now produces over 10,000 cases annually.
Farming & Cellar: Working with responsibly-farmed vineyards, Tarpon emphasizes low-intervention winemaking and unusual grape varieties. The winery focuses on bringing people together through wine, music, art, and philanthropy.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
