Textural and elegant with notes of stone fruit (white peach, pear), juicy and high acid.
A cuvée made primarily from fungus-resistant (PIWI) grape varieties, a blend of Bronner, Souvignier Gris, and Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc).
The winery is Demeter-certified biodynamic and organic. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, undergoing malolactic fermentation, and is aged for an extended period (up to 18 months on full lees, then on fine lees) in large wooden barrels or concrete until bottling, with no filtration and minimal SO2.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.

At $30, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
