Judith Beck"˜s Hunny Bunny is a light Blaufränkisch. Bright in colour, it has a light fizz at first which disappears fast. The wine is fruity and fun with notes of raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate and cherry. Light red or dark Rose, you decide!

About the Winemaker
Weingut Judith Beck, located in Gols in Austria's Burgenland region along the shores of Lake Neusiedl, is a 15-hectare estate producing elegant, terroir-driven wines through biodynamic farming and minimal intervention.
Judith Beck took over her family's estate and quickly established herself as one of Austria's most exciting natural winemakers. Since 2007, the estate has been farmed biodynamically, and Judith is a member of Pannobile, the prestigious collective of Burgenland producers dedicated to expressing the region's unique terroir. Her wines—particularly the Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, and Zweigelt—have earned critical acclaim for their freshness, finesse, and authentic expression of the Pannonian Plain's distinctive microclimate.
Farming & Cellar: The 15 hectares are farmed biodynamically with careful attention to soil health and biodiversity. The warm, dry climate influenced by Lake Neusiedl provides ideal conditions for organic viticulture. In the cellar, Judith employs spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts, uses minimal sulfur, and avoids fining and filtration to preserve the natural character of each wine. The result is a portfolio of vibrant, food-friendly wines that capture the essence of Burgenland.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
