Claus Preisinger nails it on the head, every time. This Kalkundkiesel is absolutely no exception. Our favorite Austria varieties blended into an incredible bottle with beautiful citrus blossom, grapefruit rind, and light floral perfume notes.
Aged for one year in used big oak casks, bottled unfiltered and without addition of sulphur dioxide. The grapes were handpicked in September and October. Whole cluster fermented, spontaneously fermented.
