About the Winemaker
Jauma is James Erskine's labor of love from McLaren Vale, Australia. He pioneered Australian natural wine starting his label in 2010.
James works a 40-acre organic farm and sources from some of the region's oldest vines. He was certified organic in 2009 and has been instrumental in shaping Australia's natural wine scene.
Certified organic viticulture with zero additions in the cellar. Wild fermentation, minimal handling, and wines that are alive and pure.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
