About the Winemaker
Indomiti Vini is a natural wine project in the Berici Hills of the Veneto region, southeast of Verona. The estate focuses on regenerative agriculture and spontaneous fermentation, crafting wines that express the volcanic and limestone terroir of this underappreciated Italian wine region.
Indomiti—meaning "untamed" in Italian—reflects the winemaking philosophy: allowing nature to lead. The producers here are part of a new wave of Italian natural winemakers who reject the industrial approaches that dominated Italian wine for decades. They work with local grape varieties and emphasize soil health over yield.
Farming & Cellar: Indomiti practices regenerative viticulture, incorporating cover crops, composting, and biodiversity corridors to rebuild soil health. No synthetic inputs are used. In the cellar, grapes ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in various vessels including amphora and neutral wood. Wines are bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
