About the Winemaker
Les Hérétiques (Château d'Oupia) is a Languedoc estate producing natural wines from old-vine Carignan and Syrah.
The estate works with century-old Carignan vines and practices organic viticulture in the rugged Minervois region.
Organic viticulture with old vines. Native fermentation, minimal sulfur, and wines that express the wild Languedoc terroir.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
