About the Winemaker
La Combe aux Rêves is a natural wine project founded by Grégoire Perron and Judicaëlle Cevasco in the Ain department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. They create vibrant, expressive wines from parcels featuring some of the oldest vines in the area.
Grégoire and Judi discovered their calling when they found a small parcel of Poulsard with 100-year-old vines. They work with other remarkable vine parcels including those over 80 years old, along with purchased grapes—Jacquères and Chasselas from nearby Savoie, and Chardonnay and Aligoté from Burgundy. Their playful wine names reflect their joyful approach to winemaking.
Farming & Cellar: The estate emphasizes old vines that give more complexity while providing lower yields. All wines are fermented naturally without additions or added sulfur, creating vibrant and expressive wines that reflect the character of each parcel. Their sourcing extends to trusted growers in nearby regions who share their vision for pure, natural winemaking.
