Pet Nat Rosé, 2022
Pet Nat Rosé, 2022
Winemaker Notes: Anthony Tortul crafts a Pet Nat Rosé using Grenache and Grenache Blanc grapes from 42-year-old vines in limestone soil in Languedoc-Roussillon. Offering a fuller body with a bright, slightly kombucha-like finish. Direct press, bottled by gravity and aged sur lattes for two months. No disgorgement is done and just a touch of residual sugar. Aromas and flavors of white flowers, lychee, tangerine, fresh strawberries, anise, and dried herbs.
