About the Winemaker
Les Equilibristes is a négoce project based in the Languedoc, specializing in sourcing exceptional fruit from organic and biodynamic growers throughout the region. The project focuses on lesser-known appellations and grape varieties, championing terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention.
Founded by a collective of young winemakers passionate about Languedoc's potential, Les Equilibristes works closely with trusted growers to identify exceptional parcels. Their approach combines careful grape selection with low-intervention winemaking, resulting in wines that showcase the diversity and quality of southern France's indigenous varieties.
Farming & Cellar: Les Equilibristes sources exclusively from certified organic or biodynamic vineyards, often harvesting at night to preserve freshness in the warm Mediterranean climate. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, and wines see minimal sulfur addition. The project emphasizes accessibility—natural wines that are approachable and food-friendly without compromising on quality or integrity.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.

At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
