About the Winemaker
Emme Wines is the project of Rosalind Reynolds in Northern California, named after her grandmother Emme—a woman passionate about local, organic produce and rich Napa Chardonnay. While their tastes in wine differed slightly, Rosalind carries her grandmother's beliefs about sustainable agriculture into every bottle.
Rosalind works within a like-minded community of grape-growers and winemakers in Northern California. 2018 marked the first year she set out to create something of her own, with the welcome support of the talented people who surround her. At its core, Emme Wines is about community—the countless hands involved in every glass, from growers to field workers to winemakers.
Farming & Cellar: Rosalind farms grapes organically and makes wine without additives. Her aim is to create fresh, bright wines that taste good, encourage thoughtful discussion, and ultimately bring people together. The approach is minimal and transparent, letting the fruit and the vintage speak for themselves.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
At $35, shipping cost is on par with most wine ecommerce. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
