Organic and dry-farmed Zinfandel from Mendocino. Chug-able with some depth. Pair with some BBQ on a 100 Degree day.
50% whole cluster; semi-carbonic; lees aged 3.5 month. Bottled with no additions or subtractions. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2.
