Viva La Durasss
Viva La Durasss
Duras from a parcel of forty five year old vines planted over clay and limestone and farmed by Alain Maroule in Gaillac After a rigorous selection in the vines, the fruit was macerated on the skins for a month, pressed gently and aged in old barriques for a year. The result is a compact wine of subtle power that is all black berries, pepper and spice.

About the Winemaker
Le Nez de Goth is a micro-négoce natural wine project created by Olivier Boulin, based in Champvans in the Jura since 2015. Rather than owning vineyards, Olivier sources grapes from exceptional terroirs across France—Jura, Savoie, Beaujolais, and Burgundy—working closely with organic and biodynamic growers.
Olivier Boulin holds a master's degree in philosophy, and wine was always central to his life—he participated in harvests every year while studying. After vinifying in Australia, Chablis, and at Sylvain Pataille in Marsannay, he obtained his winemaking diploma and worked as a winegrower's agent. Le Nez de Goth was born from human encounters, debates, and a passion for sharing—what truly thrills him.
Farming & Cellar: All grapes come from organic or biodynamic agriculture. Olivier focuses on old vines (70-120 years) and often overlooked parcels. His cellar is the 17th-century space beneath his family home in Champvans. Hand-harvested fruit is pressed traditionally, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, and bottled by gravity without additives or sulfur. The playful cuvée names—like 'Kant Ali Kant' and 'Fenêtre sur Lantignié'—reflect both intellectual depth and irreverent humor.
