Non- alcoholic, high quality fermented tea from Unified Ferments. Made from a lightly oxidized oolong tea produced in northern Taiwan, known for its bright, floral profile and is designed as a sophisticated wine alternative.
The fermentation process amplifies the tea's natural characteristics, resulting in notes of orchid, honeysuckle, and fresh marzipan, with a deep oat sweetness and subtle salinity.
