Natural wine from Canada, available online in the US. Canadian winemakers deal with cold winters and short seasons, and the ones we work with lean into it with hybrid grapes, fruit co-ferments and skin-contact whites. The results are fresh, bright and unlike anything else on our shelf.
In stock now: Revel Cider's Soif, a pink co-ferment with cherry, strawberry and Zweigelt, and Adora, a red with Blaufränkisch in the mix. From Ibi Wines, Arlo is a skin-contact Riesling, an orange wine with a little grip and plenty of zip. We only have a handful of bottles of each, so this shelf turns over quickly.
Serve all three chilled. Soif is a brunch and patio bottle, Arlo loves a cheese board, and Adora is great with anything off the grill.
