Shipping policy

US Natural Wine LLC does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) will be required upon delivery of all shipments.  The shipper reserves the right to request a scan of any customer’s photo ID for age verification before shipping any item.

You must be twenty-one (21) years or older to use this Website. If you are under twenty-one (21) years of age, you are not permitted to access this Website. No exceptions. By using this Website (and, thus, agreeing to the Terms and Conditions) you warrant and represent that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 US Natural Wine LLC will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.

Once your purchase is made, you hereby authorize US Natural Wine to transfer your purchased items to a third party shipping company. You hereby agree to comply with all laws regarding importation of alcohol into your state. You acknowledge that US Natural Wine does not ship to AL, AK, AR, CT, DE, HI, MD, MS, NH, NJ, RI, SD, UT, VT, WV. Buyer may pick up the product at seller’s location, or make independent delivery arrangements. Sales tax will be applied based on the buyer's location. US Natural Wine LLC makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state.

For any product picked up at the US Natural Wine LLC location, sales tax will be applied based on that location (TX). Prices of products (excluding wine club) do not include shipping/handling charges, the cost of which varies depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
