Domaine des Miquettes is the project of Paul Estève and Chrystelle Vareille in Cheminas, northern Ardèche, France.
Working 2.1 hectares on a granite plateau at 460m elevation, they've been biodynamic since 2009 and use Georgian-style buried amphorae for aging.
