Winemaker Notes: Crafted exclusively from 100% Vermentino, this wine undergoes an extensive 6-month maceration process and a low-temperature fermentation. Also, undergo malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels. The wine's name, "Jeu de Rolle," playfully borrows from "Jeu de rôle," signifying role-playing in French.
