Mersel Wine is a Lebanese natural wine producer based in Dimane, North Lebanon, pioneering Pét-Nat and skin-contact winemaking in the Middle East.
Founded with a mission to support local farmers, Mersel champions indigenous Lebanese grape varieties like Merwah and creates wines that are unfined, unfiltered, with minimum intervention. Their LebNat Pét-Nat was one of Lebanon's first traditional method sparkling wines.
Farming & Cellar: All wines are 100% organic with no additives, no fining, and no filtering. They use indigenous yeasts and practice minimal intervention, producing wines with little or no sulfites.
