Aupa Pipeno Rose 2021
A vibrant, dry Chilean rosé wine made in the traditional pipeño style, primarily from the País grape variety. It hails from the dry-farmed "secano" vineyards in the Maule Valley.
Natural yeast fermentation in concrete tanks and aging in neutral vessels, with low added sulfur. The juice has four days of skin contact, contributing to its deeper color.
