"An adventurous cider made from heirloom Gravenstein Apples and wild California grapes, making it a uniquely Sonoma County experience. It is an example of a delicious coferment that offers a glimpse of the Russian River Valley before it was “wine country”. These 80 year old apple trees are dry-farmed and certified Organic (CCOF) at the Hallberg Butterfly Gardens in Sebastopol, CA.
