About the Winemaker
Champagne André Beaufort is one of the pioneering natural-minded houses of Champagne, rooted in Ambonnay Grand Cru and Polisy with a deep commitment to organic farming.
André Beaufort moved away from synthetic vineyard treatments after discovering an allergy to common chemicals, turning instead to organic viticulture, compost, homeopathy, and aromatherapy in the vines.
Farming & Cellar: Organic and biodynamic-inspired farming, native fermentations, old barrels and steel, natural malolactic fermentation, long lees aging, hand disgorgement, and minimal intervention.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
