Fresh, unoaked, serious, but low ABV Cabernet. I want our followers to understand that people in Natural Wine rag on Cab not because of the grape varietal, but because of what winemakers do with it. The expression of the fruit here is outstanding and if this doesn't convert conventional wine drinkers, idk what will. Drink now or age.

About the Winemaker

"At Les Lunes Wine we lease our own vineyards, work our own vines and built our own cellar. We're blazing our own trail like the pioneering winemakers of California. Our goal is to grow wines that pay respect to the great wines of California’s past.

We do very little in the cellar because we spend time in our vineyards. Proper pruning, precise suckering, well-timed treatments and thoughtful weed management lets us minimize the pesticide inputs in our vineyards. We do this to preserve the indigenous microbes on the grapes and in the soils, which leads to healthier and more complex wines that don’t need adjusting or stabilizing.

Our goal year in and year out is to bring you a unique taste of the distinct times and places which we love and tend. The care that we bring through the entire winegrowing process shines through into the final product. Our wines are balanced in their youth, but the care we invest in the winegrowing will continue to reverberate in your cellar for years to come."

Shipping Details

US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at 10am in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.

Shipping cost is 18 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value!

At $18, we have some of the most competitive shipping rates compared to other low-intervention wine e-commerce, which can range from $20-$25 a box. Ultimately, we eat the cost of shipping more often than not because wine can be damn heavy. As a small business, we are simply unable to offer free shipping. We can't thank you enough for your understanding!
