About the Winemaker
Domaine Bärtschi is the project of Clément Bärtschi in Bugey's famed cru Manicle.
Former rugby player who trained at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Currently head winemaker at Michel Chapoutier.
3 hectares certified organic. Native fermentation in French oak, bottled without fining or filtration.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
