- Profile: Powerful yet still remarkably fresh and palate-cleansing. Expect loads of ripe lemon and juicy yellow stone fruit wrapped tightly around a persistent, saline acidity. The subtle touch of skin-macerated Chardonnay adds a beautiful textural weight and mouthfeel, making it a perfect match for a fresh plate of oysters.

About the Winemaker
Scintilla Wines is the creation of James Madden, crafting zero/zero natural wines from the Adelaide Hills of South Australia.
James farms 36 acres in Basket Range using organic and biodynamic principles. His winemaking philosophy embraces spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention to capture the purest expression of each vintage.
Farming & Cellar: All Scintilla wines are made with wild yeast, no fining, no filtration, and zero added sulfites. The result is wines of remarkable clarity and energy that reflect the cool-climate elegance of the Adelaide Hills.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
Shipping cost is 35 bucks a box (up to 12 bottles) so we highly encourage picking up more than 1 bottle for the best value! Remember, all orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING!
