"Fuzzy piña colada juice with pop rocks thrown in. Something like a white 'col fondo' rustic style of sparkling from Emilia-Romagna, but do it California style. The guys at Los Chuchaquis—Ryan Stirm and Jehan Hakimian—have such a fun sense of what makes West Coast wine worth doing — playfulness but still with a sense of high-quality fruit from meaningful, kindly-tended vineyards. This isn't Prosecco for aperitivo—this is ultimate park hang foamy Albariño joy."
