Local Customs Mourvèdre Blanc

Winemaker notes: 

We’re excited to have a larger production volume of this wine to share this vintage. We made a very small lot of this in ‘22 as a test (<3 cases). We loved it so much we knew we had to roll the dice again. Like the rosé, we picked earlier, and it made a niceimpact. Dominant note on this vintage is sour candy - it is loud! Peach rings and another winemaker called out Gushers, very tting. When we were tasting in the cellar, we called our lemon curd, ginger, and nutmeg-y warm spices. The wine is only 4 weeks in bottle as I’m writing this
so I’m looking forward to continued evolution. Drink on the warm side for a white and see if you can dig out some tropical fruits.
