Notes are consistent vintage to vintage; Sangio brings grapefruit and mild bitterness. e juiciness is unmistakably from the Mourvedre,
notable tree fruits, tahini savory character, and citrus. Both varieties express minerality due to Salt Lick’s heavy limestone soils. ere’s a new
oral character that I chalk up to the earlier ripeness pick on the Sangio - 22 vs 24 brix. earlier pick paid dividends in avor, aroma, and
overall balance.
US Natural Wine ships once a week, every Wednesday. All orders should be placed by Tuesday at noon in order to be picked up from our distributors and out on Wednesday's delivery truck.
