A textured and rich white blend of LaCrescent, Frontenac gris and Frontenac blanc. 50% of the fruit was grown at Windy Willow Vineyard in Fillmore County, MN, and 50% from vineyards in Wisconsin
LaCrescent is the aromatic varietal of the three - lots of perfumed florals and candied citrus. Frontenac blanc and Frontenac gris bring more focus and texture to the blend. Lots of skin contact in this wine as well, which helps give a savory base note to build on.
