This is a 1 litre bottle of direct press Pinot Blanc. Aged for 18 months in wooden casks. Arguably one of our favorite table wine grapes here at USNW in its best expression.
With some oxidized, nutty, honey vibes on the palate, this wine still keeps a lot of freshness with it's well-balanced acidity. You can keep this bottle open for one week and it still tastes good. It is medium-bodied. Definitely one to try.
